Wine Varieties VINE GRAFTS PROKUPACWine Varieties Prokupac is of domestic origin.

It is also known as Rskavac, Kameničarka, Crnka.

Extremely fruitful, of lush offshoots.

Prokupac has 18 to 22% of the sugar in the wine. The cluster is medium to large, medium compact and cylindrical. It produces a rose and red wine.

It is excellent for producing grape brandy.

Ripening time: Beginning of October

Wine Varieties VINE GRAFTS PLOVDINA (SLANKAMENKA):Slankamenka is a well-known domestic variety.

It is most commonly used for blending and when it’s fresh. Very fruitful.

Wine Varieties VINE GRAFTS CABERNET SAUVIGNONCabernet Sauvignon is of French origin. The variety is quite homogeneous, and the differences are related to the shape of the grapes and the characteristics of the wine.

The cluster is medium or small, often with one prominent wing,

moderately compact; the berry is medium and round. The epicarp is blue-purple and firm. The fleshy part is a little firmer, with a poorly pronounced taste of the green part.It is suitable for temperate climates.
Fruitfulness is medium and regular.

Cabernet Sauvignon produces dark red wine. Cabernet Sauvignon has a wonderful and strong varietal scent that may resemble black currant.

Blaufränkisch is of German origin.

The cluster is medium to very large, pyramidal, the top of the cluster turned to the side. The berry is medium sized, round. The epicarp is quite thick and firm, dark blue. The fleshy part is juicy, the juice is neutral in taste, with a low sugar content, pronounced sourness.
It is suitable for cultivation in different soil conditions.

Fruitfulness is abundant and regular. The wine is of excellent quality, straw-yellow in color with a greenish glow, dry, aromatic and odorously fresh.

Vranac is of domestic origin, widespread especially in Montenegro, Macedonia and Serbia.

In our conditions ripens in late September and is a very fruitful variety.
Ripe grapes accrue up to 24% sugar and yield an intensely colored, drinkable, harmonious wine with special properties. Young wines have a light purple color and smell of fruit jelly. As it ages, its color becomes intensely dark, with a scent that resemble cinnamon, chocolate and licorice.

Chardonnay is of French origin, from the Champagne area.
Cluster: Medium, broadly conical, rather compact, very rarely loose. The berry is medium and yellow-gold. The epicarp is medium firm, the fleshy part is juicy, sweet, of a great taste with a prominent aroma of the variety.

It thrives on different soil types and climatic conditions but is not suited to humidity.

Fruitfulness is medium and regular in all cultivation forms.
The color of the wine varies between pale yellow to light lemon yellow and yellow, with a pronounced fruity aroma.

Merlot is originally from France. It is grown all over the world.
It has less tannins than cabernet sauvignon, also suitable for aging and blending.

The cluster is medium-sized, cylindrical, the berries are medium- sized, round, blue, with a strong bloom.

The cluster contains up to 24% sugar and the wines are beautifully colored, harmonious, very refreshing and have a taste and aroma of berries, cherries, plums. Merlot wine is dark red.

Muscat Rose à Petits Grains is an old cultivated type of grape. It has a special taste and aroma (you can sense it from a few meters when ripe), hence the name. The full taste and aroma can only be felt when the fruit is fully ripe and reaches full sweetness, which is sometime in mid-October.

The fruit is dark purple, the grains are almost regular spheres, 10-15mm in size.

The wine of the same name is made of this grape. The market mostly contains white wines of this fruit, but little is known that there is also a red wine.

VINE GRAFTS – WINE VARIETIES – MUSCAT BLANC A PETITS GRAINS:

Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains has tiny round berries, with the yellow-white epicarp.

The cluster is medium in size. The wine contains 22-25% sugar. In the dry twig phase, the amount of sugar goes up to 35%.

These grapes produce dessert, very strong, mulled wine. The grapes ripen in the third epoch.
